Annually, SkillsUSA Council hosts “District 11 Signing Day,” celebrates approximately graduating students who have secured full-time positions in their trades, committed to post-secondary education in related fields, or enlisted in the Military. Modeled after athletic scholarship signing events, this program highlights the achievements of CTE students as they embark on their professional journeys.

In addition to the students being recognized, attendees—including industry leaders, post-secondary and military representatives, legislators, and proud parents—gather to celebrate. The event underscored the vital role Career and Technical Education plays in shaping a skilled workforce in the Greater Lehigh Valley.
