The Elmer Gates Memorial Clay Shoot Fundraiser has been a big success since its start in 2016. The shoot honors the legacy of SkillsUSA Council founder Elmer Gates, who dedicated his life to young and developing leaders.

Business and industry partners have the opportunity to network with one another and enjoyed lunch prepared the BAVTS Food Truck. Student speaker Liz Korpics, of BAVTS, shared how being involved with SkillsUSA has enhanced their Career and Technical Education. 

The proceeds from the event help to further the mission of SkillsUSA Council.
