About
SkillsUSA Council is a Pennsylvania-based non-profit organization, primarily serving the Greater Lehigh Valley, that connects career and technical education (CTE) students with local business leaders to foster a world-class workforce. It promotes employability, leadership, and technical skills through competitions, training, and partnerships.
SkillsUSA National Organization
SkillsUSA Council, and its students, are members of the SkillsUSA national organization. The SkillUSA organization serves teachers and middle school, high school and college students who are preparing for careers in technical, skilled, and service occupations, including health occupations and for further education. SkillsUSA was formerly known as VICA (the Vocational Industrial Clubs of America).
